Netti Head Warmer Was $14 now $11 |
Cycling in winter time has its challenges. Rain, wet slippery roads and impatient motorists are givens. Personal comfort takes a beating with freezing temperatures and chilling winds either discouraging cycling altogether or at least making it extremely unpleasant. Cold hands, numb feet, freezing ears, chilled arms and legs are just some of the discomforts our cooler weather throws at us as we attempt to keep mobile during winter. Fortunately, there are solutions to all these issues. A variety of different gloves depending upon your sensitivity to the cold should have your hands at least comfortable, if not toasty and warm. Shoe covers / overshoes / booties, likewise will have your feet back to a reasonable temperature and protect your shoes from rain and road spray. Arm and leg warmers will obviously keep arms and legs warm and a head warmer will perform the same duties, keeping your ears warm and stopping a substantial ammount of your body heat from disipaiting from your head. Made from a brushed Superroubaix fabric the head warmer fits comfortably under your helmet and is the perfect clothing accesory for cycling in cool conditions. |
